Overview
The trip is budgeted, it will take us around Kampala city, jinja, sipi falls, moroto. Then we’ll proceed to Kidepo Valley National Park, Karamonjong, We’ll then we head to Kibale Forest for chimpanzees and exit to Queen Elizabeth and Ishasha for tree-climbing lions. We’ll then proceed to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, Bunyoyi and Mburo then transfer back to Entebbe Airport.

Your Kampala city tour includes many excursions to Uganda Museum, Kasubi tombs, local markets, Rubaga hill, Namirembe hill, Qaddafi mosque, Bahia temple and many more. The guide will pick you up from your hotel after breakfast and you will start your adventure of Kampala city.

This is a Jinja trip taking you through the spectacles of tea plantations, sugar canes and African markets. You will behold and experience the rapids of rivers, the beauty of forests, the sound of waters as they fall, right at the source of the Nile and the Sezibwa Falls. Sezibwa Falls will be the first point to stop over to behold the uniqueness of this unstoppable water flow of sorts. Sezibwa derives its name from the phrase, “sizibwa kkubo” in the Luganda language which is translated “my way cannot be blocked or hindered” in English. From Sezibwa, the Jinja tour will lead you to the exciting Mabira Forest. Visit the Sezibwa Falls Cultural Heritage Site to see the beautiful waterfalls and learn about preserved African traditional and culture.

You'll enjoy this day spend in Pan-Upe and a Sipi Falls hike safari. Pian, located in the Karamoja plains and Sipi Falls in Kapchorwa offers our clients great insight into the great virgins' adventure of the eastern region of Uganda for hiking and animal viewing, with sightings such as cheetahs, leopards, zebras, buffaloes among others. Plus the great Karamonjong culture, cultural dances, how they milk their cows, and their way of dressing. Then we'll proceed to Sipi Falls which is an hour away from the reserve for the falls experience, coffee tours, hiking, and abseiling among others.

Have breakfast at your Lodge and after leave for a cultural experience with the Karamajong people culture; they are a people proud of their native culture. Their great love for rearing cattle is matched to that of the renowned Masai people in Kenya as well as Tanzania.
These proud warriors live a very unique lifestyle and in fact they believe that God gave them the right to own cattle so all that cattle even that owned by other people, the Karamajongs believe is theirs. You will observe their lifestyle, how they cook their food, see them enjoy life; dance their traditional dances, and also their compassion for the cattle.- Main Destination:

Leave moroto by 9:30am and drive north for Kotido town; this drive will take the entire day so you will have lunch on the way accompanied by 2 sodas or a beer. You will be provided with bottled drinking water in the vehicle. You will make several stops to take photos and a leg-stretch on this long 8 hours drive.

Wildlife in Kidepo Valley NP
Following an early breakfast meal, take on an elongated morning game drive through Kidepo Valley National Park. You will see large mammals including elephants, common zebra, buffalo, bohor reedbuck, water-buck and kongoni. Spotted hyena, leopard and lion are also frequently seen. Return to the lodge for your lunch meal and there on, head for a cultural tour to check out the Karamjong people at Karenna and Kapedo where you meet and interact with the local elders. They will show you their customs and cultures, their ways of life as nomads and their beliefs about cattle, dressing, jewellery, hunting materials and a lot more. Get back to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

After breakfast drive northwards to the renowned Murchison Falls national park. Later arrive in Murchison falls national park also Uganda's largest well protected wildlife area covering 3,840 Sq km. Move to the top of the Falls to view the natural beauty of these falls. At this place, the river squeezes itself through a 7 meter narrow gorge from a width of more than 1 km and drops below with a thunderous roar forming a water spray that rainbow that results into a stunning rainbow the wonders of Nile River! Dine and slumber.

Wildlife in Murchison Falls NP
Have an early delicious breakfast, explore the Northern part hosting a high number of Savannah wildlife. This game drive offers great opportunities for photography of elephants, lions, Uganda kobs, buffaloes, giraffes, water-bucks as well as hippos, and in case you are fortunate even the leopards, In addition to a big number of bird species.
Following lunch, have for a 2 hour boat-cruise to the bottom of the Murchison falls from where great volumes water escapes through the small gorge forming an immense thunderous roar. During this boat ride you will see several water birds plus mammals in big numbers like Hippos and crocodiles. Transfer to ziwa rhino sanctuary.- Main Destination:

Visitors to the sanctuary are allowed to track the rhinos and see them up close. You can approach the Rhinos on foot. The animals are not that dangerous if you follow instructions. The White Rhinos (the ones at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary) are gentle giants – approaching them on foot poses no danger to you. You will have the guidance and company of a sanctuary ranger who is knowledgeable about the behavior of the rhinos. Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary gives you a rare opportunity to see the Rhinos not from a vehicle but from up close and on foot, you have some great and unusual photo opportunities here as you encounter the White Rhinos of Ziwa and later transfer to kibale forest Np.

Have breakfast, then head to the park head offices for a briefing. Afterwards, set out for chimpanzee tracking through the forest. Remember that only 1 hour is given to trackers when they meet with the chimpanzees. On seeing chimpanzees, other primates can be spotted such as the red-tailed monkeys, L'hotse monkeys, blue monkeys, black and white Colobus monkeys among others. Elephants, antelopes, and buffaloes can also be spotted in the forest.
Go back to the lodge for lunch. In the evening, go for a walk through the Bigodi Wetland where you will see birds, baboons, and bush babies among other wildlife species.- Main Destination:

Immediately after breakfast, set off for 4 hours drive to Queen Elizabeth which is one of Uganda's outstanding wildlife parks. It's rich in wildlife such as over 600 bird species, mammals like elephants, and buffaloes among others. During the journey, you will enjoy great views including the Rwenzori ranges. On reaching the park, go for a game drive in the evening where you will see a number of animals.
Today after breakfast, go for an early morning game drive through the park where you will see different wildlife species like water-bucks, lions, elephants, hartebeests, giraffes, antelopes, buffaloes, leopards and warthogs. You'll also view different crater lakes. After the 3-hour drive, head back for lunch as you prepare for the afternoon 2-hour boat cruise on Kazinga Channel which is home to over 550 hippos. Here you will see birds and other animals like crocodiles, elephants, and antelopes among others. Dine and sleep at the lodge.- Main Destination:

Wildlife in Queen Elizabeth NP
Wake up early and set out to see animals in their distinctive clans, families and groups. This game drive can be taken through the Kasenyi plains looking out for elephants, leopards, buffaloes, water-bucks, and various colorful birds. Later, take a 2-hour drive to Ishasha which is home to tree-climbing lions. With the help of skilled park rangers, you will also search for these lions and imagine how amazing it is to watch the lions in trees. Have lunch at the lodge or in form of a picnic.
You'll then set off for Bwindi Forest for the mountain gorillas.- Main Destination:

Take your breakfast having amazing views from surrounding hills, forests and the beautiful rays of the morning sun. Afterwards, head out for a canoe ride on the lake which harbors 29 islands and almost every island with a history such as Punishment Island. Enjoy the stories from the guides on this boat ride. Return to the lodge, have lunch and in the afternoon, take a walk, or hike up the hills to enjoy more spectacular views of forests and lakes, watch birds, or read a book while relaxing by the lake shores. You can also swim in the lake which is Bilharzia free and safe for swimming. Later transfer to lake mburo national park.

Enjoy an early breakfast and afterwards, do a game drive as you continue to Kampala. Have a stop at the Equator line, take photos and also buy some souvenirs from the craft shop. Enjoy lunch at the Equator or in Kampala depending on the time you arrive there. If you have to depart on the same day, your guide will transfer you to Entebbe as you bid farewell to Uganda.
